We understand that plans change, and trips may have to be cancelled. We will not charge for the fare or any fees if a flight is delayed or cancelled by an airline. We ask that you let us know about these airline changes as soon as you are able. All other cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your selected pickup time. If a cancellation is not made within the 24 hours, the full charge will be assessed.
Child safety seats are available by request. Please indicate your needs for child seats, plus the sizes and ages of all children at the time of reservation.
Yes, our drivers want to make sure that you have a luxury experience from the beginning. This includes assisting you with your luggage, offering complimentary bottles of water, and ensuring that you get where you want to go safely and on-time.
We offer one free 15-minute stop during your journey. Whether this is at a dispensary or grocery store, we will just need to know the location and are more than happy to stop.
We are a smoke free organization and do not allow any type of smoking in our vehicles. If a smoke break is needed, we do offer a free 15-minute stop during your journey. Please plan accordingly and let your driver know if this is needed.

All of our receipts are sent to your email within 24 hours of your reservation being made. If you do not receive a receipt during this time please call 720-269-9947 for assistance.
Yes, all of the vehicles are fully licensed and insured. Copies of this information can be provided upon request.
Upon arrival at DIA, please check your voicemail for a message from your driver including their phone number. If you do not have a message within 5 minutes of arriving please call 720-269-9947 for assistance.
Call your driver as soon as possible to let them know you have arrived.
Proceed to appropriate baggage claim and collect luggage.
After you have gathered your luggage, proceed to the exit doors located on the 5th floor. Text or call your driver immediately with the door number that you have exited from.
If you are on the east side of the terminal please exit through doors 507 or 511
If you are on the west side of the terminal please exit through doors 506 or 510.
What if I don’t have a cell phone to call the driver?In case you do not have a cell phone to contact us upon arrival, please proceed to baggage claim, gather your baggage, exit through the 5th floor doors and go to the Limo Booth. Tell them that you are awaiting pickup from AvoLimo LLC. The booth attendant will call dispatch and your driver will arrive within 5 minutes.
